Henderson County ESD 12 2025 Commissioners

Our commissioners are appointed by the Henderson County Commissioners Court, elected each February, and each member serves a two-year term.

Cody Seale (President)

Our President chairs meetings, acts as a CEO, and is the spokesperson for the ESD.

Terence Lyon (VP)

Our Vice President fills in for the President as needed.

Kari Bersano (Treasurer)

Our treasurer handles financials, audits, tax liaison duties, budgets, and signatory responsibilities.

Nancy Bertholf (Secretary)

Our secretary posts meetings, keeps records, manages document retention, and updates the website.

Mark Hammack (Communications)

Our Communications Officer assists with website updates, notices, and public records.
